Social and emotional issues get in the way of our success, right? Think about it. Even as adults when things aren't right in our personal life, things aren't right in our professional lives. The human brain doesn't compartmentalize quite as much as we'd like it to. When we help our students to function socially and emotionally, we'll see them thrive academically!

Our students are CONSUMED in social media, it's no secret. At In Control, we believe that if we don't emulate the media that they love so much, we'll never win them over. Our scripts and videos are completely aligned with scientific research but wrapped in adolescent tension. We meet students where they are and speak to them the way they desire to be spoken to. We speak "Middle School."
